Refund policy
Thank you for your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before completing your order.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.
Exceptions
Refunds will only be granted under the following circumstances:
1. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, you may request a refund for the duplicate transaction(s). Proof of duplicate purchase is required.
2. Defective, Corrupted, or Not as Described
If the product file is defective, corrupted, or materially different from what was described on the product page, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
We may first attempt to resolve the issue by:
- Providing a new download link
- Supplying a corrected file
- Offering technical assistance
If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued.
3. Failure to Receive Access or Download Link
If you did not receive access to the product or your download link does not work, please contact us. We will ensure delivery of the product. If we are unable to provide access, a refund will be issued.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund under the eligible exceptions:
- Contact us within 2 days of your purchase.
- Provide your order number and proof of purchase.
- Include a detailed explanation of the issue.

Failure to contact us within the specified timeframe may result in denial of your refund request.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection
- Lack of technical knowledge to use the product
- Failure to read the product description
- Incompatibility with software or systems not listed in product requirements
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in suspension of access to current and future products.

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
